Next, fill out the Application for Approval: Covered Electronic Waste Recovery and Recycling Payment System. According to the instructions on the form, the application form is for entities “intending to participate in the Covered Electronic Waste Recovery and Recycling Payment System (Title 14, California Code of Regulations Section 18660.5 et seq) established pursuant to the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003”.
